The ALPHA manual machine is a winemaking equipment designed for the processing of bottle refermented products such as champagne and sparkling wines obtained according to the Traditional Method/Méthode Champenoise.

Disgorging, dosing of the “liqueur d’expédition”, topping up. Possibility of performing the disgorgement with the traditional “à la volée” technique or processing bottles submitted to neck freezing.

DESCRIPTION

The ALPHA manual machine for the disgorging, dosing and topping up is designed for small bottling enterprises that need production volumes up to 150 bottles/hour*. (*the actual production volume depends on the skills of the operator using the machine and the characteristics of the wine).

The ALPHA model offers an effective solution for the producers who must complete the processing of bottle-fermented drinks including sparkling wine, champagne and cider after the riddling.

The machine consists of a base equipped all necessary systems for the processing of the products according to traditional methods:

MANUAL DISGORGING: removal of the crown cap and bidule (PVC-free virgin polyethylene stopper perfectly adhering to the neck of the bottle to ensure tightness) with the consequent ejection of the yeasts (lees) settled on it. Possibility of performing the disgorgement with the traditional “à la volée” technique or bottles submitted to neck freezing.

DOSING OF THE LIQUEUR: container under pressure and adjustable dosing device for the injection into the bottle of the desired quantity of liqueur d’expédition (from 0 to 6 cl).

TOPPING UP of the bottle with the introduction of the necessary quantity of wine.

Thanks to few simple adjustments, the machine can process different bottle formats.

All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.

Like all OMBF machines, this model is entirely manufactured of stainless steel, food quality plastic materials, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the “Materials and Articles in contact with Food”, MOCA: EC 1935/2004 Regulation.

The machine conforms to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
