The Riddling machine of the Traditional Method range performs the automatic riddling of the bottles during the winemaking process for the production of champagne and sparkling wines.

Automatic riddling driving the yeasts (lees) to deposit into the neck of the bottle during the production of champagne and sparkling wines following the Méthode Champenoise/Traditional Method.

DESCRIPTION
The SINGLE-CAGE Riddling machine is designed to automate the traditional riddling operation. The movements of rotation and angling of the bottle-holding cage drives the yeasts to deposit in neck of the bottles near the cap during the production of drinks that re-ferment in the bottle according to the Champenoise Méthode/Traditional Method.
The control panel allows programming the riddling cycles by setting personalised times, pauses, rotations and angling.
The cages for riddling machine can be loaded on the machine by means of forklift trucks.
For a use under safety conditions, the frame of the machine requires to be anchored to the floor by means of suitable fixation plugs. The SINGLE-CAGE RIDDLING MACHINE is manufactured entirely of hot-dipped zinc coated steel.
The machine conforms to the 2006/42/EC Machine Directive.
