The SPARKLING RC 400 Semiautomatic Triblock is an oenological machine equipped with modules for the rinsing, filling and corking with crown caps.

The SPARKLING RC 400 Semiautomatic Triblock is intended for small and medium-sized bottling companies that need productions up to 400 bottles/hour for the operations of isobaric filing and corking with crown caps.

The machine consists of a single base equipped with a rinsing station, an isobaric filler and a closing turret for crown caps. The turrets are equipped with bottle holding cups with adjustable heights that allow processing bottles of various formats.

The 4-valve isobaric filler is equipped with a tank with maximum working pressure of 5 bar. The turret is predisposed for the installation of single and double pre-evacuation systems for the aspiration of the oxygen from the bottle. In the version with the automatic management of the cycles, a control display allows regulating the parameters of the various stages of the filing cycle intuitively. In the version with the automatic management of the cycles, a control display allows adjusting the aspiration times, duration of CO2 injection, and the number of injections intuitively. The times and the repetition of the degassing cycles before the closure of the bottle are regulated during the depressurization preceding the corking. The level of the product in the bottle depend on the length of the level pipes.

The machine is designed to process glass bottles, yet it is possible to use it also for PET bottles and aluminium can by mounting specific accessories

The corking turret is an effective solution for the application of crown caps on glass bottles filled with fermented or sparkling products, such as sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, beer, cider, and kombucha.
The crown caps are fed automatically through a vibration hopper supplying the chute.

The closing head made of hardened steel takes the crown cap from the chute and inserts it into the closing cone for 26 or 29mm crown caps.
When the machine is used for the production of Classic Method sparkling wines or champagne Méthode Champenoise, a bidule must be inserted manually before the closure with crown cap.

All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.

Like all OMBF machines, this model is entirely manufactured of stainless steel, food quality plastic materials, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force concerning the “Materials and Articles in contact with Food”, MOCA: EC 1935/2004 Regulation.

The machine conforms to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
