The THECA-SA Semiautomatic Capsuling Machine is a winemaking machine with UNIVERSAL predisposal, designed for the application of the following closures:
- Champagne foils through pneumatic head
- Polylaminate and tin caps through spinning head
- PVC caps through shrink-head

DESCRIPTION
The THECA-SA semiautomatic capsuling machine is designed for small and medium-sized bottling enterprises that require a production volume up top 600 bottles/hour*. (*The actual production volume of a semiautomatic machine is depends from the skills of the operator using it).
The machine consists of a chassis bearing a turret with interchangeable heads to be chosen depending on the type of caps to be applied. The adjustable height of the turret allows performing the format change when switching to a different bottle.
This capsuling machine is an effective solution for those who must apply caps of various type on glass containers filled with products such as still wine, sparkling wine, sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, cider, oil, vinegar, and e kombucha.
The caps are distributed manually on the bottles.
All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.
The machine conforms to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
