Automatic Capsuling Machine -UNI-THECA 2+2

The UNI-THECA 2+2 automatic capsuling machine with UNIVERSAL predisposal is designed for the distribution and application of the following caps:

  • Champagne foils through pneumatic heads
  • Polylaminate and tin caps through spinning heads
  • PVC Caps through shrink-heads

The UNI-THECA 2+2 automatic capsuling machine is designed for medium-sized bottling companies that need capacities from 2,500 to 3,000 bottles/hour*. (*depending on the configuration required by the type of caps).
The machine consists of one caps distribution turret equipped with a single tilting bell and one turret for the closure of the caps consisting of a double crimping head. The machine can be equipped with interchangeable heads chosen depending on the type of caps.

The regulation of the turret height allows processing various bottle formats.

This automatic capsuling machine is an effective solution for the producers who need to apply various types of caps on glass containers filled with products such as still wine, sparkling wine, sparkling wine, champagne, prosecco, cider, oil, vinegar, and kombucha.
The standard machine is equipped with a horizontal double magazine storing the caps. In alternative, it is possible to equip the machine with a bottom load vertical magazine.

In case of configuration for the distribution, pleating and crimping of champagne foils, the machine can be equipped with a suitable device for the positioning of texts or symbols on the champagne foils in the correct position with respect to the four pleats. The centring system consists of a contrast sensor (coloured spot) and/or a luminescence sensor (UV spot).

Besides, this machine can be combined with the new TWIN-VISION SYSTEM, enables to customize the packaging, ensuring the orientation of the capsule to a reference on the bottle (screen-printing, embossing, glass welding line).
Twin Vision uses various detection systems suitable to work with several types of references, so allowing maximum flexibility.

All components of our machines are designed to be easily accessible and inspectable to facilitate their cleaning and maintenance thus ensuring a long life.
Like all OMBF machines, this model is manufactured entirely of stainless steel, food graded plastic material, and steel alloys, in compliance with the regulations in force.

The machine conforms to Machinery Directive 2006/42 CE.
